This Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is designed exclusively for nonprofits. The new ATS service will embed best practices and consistency in employee recruitment and automate mass marketing to generate a larger talent pool for nonprofit agencies.
This virtual job center will help agencies improve efficiency by utilizing automation to optimize productivity and quality. There will be further benefits on the horizon as additional features and functions are incorporated in the system including volunteer sourcing and more strategic candidate screening.
