Core Competency Training
Training will include on- and off-site workshops and distance learning, enhanced by participants’ access to Nonprofits First’s comprehensive storehouse of tools and resources. Core Competency training includes Nonprofits First’s highly rated and proven core competency essentials in:
- Board Governance
- Financial Management I & II
- Fund Development
- Human Resources Management
- Program Planning and Evaluation
- Strategic Planning
- Volunteer Management
In addition, eligible organizations can take advantage of Nonprofits First’s e-Learning programs , or attend any nonprofit training program during the grant cycle.
