Sub-Awards
- Through two competitive funding cycles in the GoBuild Capacity Sub-Award Initiative, agencies that have completed the organizational assessment and successfully engaged in one-on-one technical assistance will be eligible to compete for grants for products and services beyond the scope of direct project activities. The Sub-Awards are to enhance or complement capacity building strategies that further the sustainability of the recipient organizations.
- A thorough evaluation protocol will be implemented to analyze and report on process and impact outcomes for each agency.
