Technical Assistance
- Eligible organizations will receive an average of 34 hours of in-depth one-on-one assessment and technical assistance services to address specific objectives delineated in individualized action plans. The overall objective is that the agencies who receive support from GoBuild Capacity will become a more effective organization in the delivery of service to clients (more services or to more clients) and will be able to demonstrate organizational changes that will impact their long-term sustainability.
- Agencies will be matched with consultants based upon the assessment results and the area of priority that the agency leadership selects to address. Specific deliverables will be defined and evaluations will require assessment of the success on the defined deliverables.
