The 8 modules and over 200 standards include: Governance, Board Governance, Finance, Strategic Planning, Risk Management, Fundraising, Human Resources and Volunteer/Intern Management. The P2E™ Toolkit strengthens the administrative and governance capacity of organizations by providing best practices and methods to achieve compliance. The Pathway prepares an organization with the tools to aid in certification and accreditation programs by Nonprofits First or other accreditation bodies. |
