CFO/Controller Services:
• Design your chart of accounts to support both internal and external reporting requirements
• Train your staff to process daily transactions in accordance with sound controls
• Review monthly transactions, reconcile accounts and close the books
• Prepare financial reports and budgets
• Present financial results and recommendations to Finance Committee and/or Board of Directors
• Advise your Executive Director on financial issues and questions
