The Education, Leadership and Consulting Services division supports nonprofit organizations in acquiring knowledge, skills and abilities in the core competencies of successful organization management. The core competencies, which comprise our certification process, are board governance, client services, financial management, human resources management, information technology, risk management, volunteer management, and disaster preparedness – which is particularly important to our agencies in southeast Florida.
