ABOUT THE PRESENTER

Alexa Lee is a passionate, detail oriented community organizer. As an educator to professionals, parents, and teens, she has been tirelessly affecting the lives of our community members for over 15 years. Alexa joined the Palm Beach County Substance Awareness Coalition in 2011. As part of her Coalition outreach, she develops and delivers community training on substance prevention topics. She established and now directs the Coalition volunteer program, Teen Coalition in Action Leadership Board, serves as a media spokesperson and manages the social media accounts.
She works to address the issues of drug use, including underage drinking, opioid misuse and abuse, and marijuana use by implementing a comprehensive strategic plan involving teens, parents, school, government officials, law enforcement and community.
Concurrently, she has held a position at Innovative Leisure, Inc., facilitating recreational leadership trainings and group activities for professionals and children for over 17 years.
