Marlene Frasca, MS, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, GPHR
Marlene Frasca, MS, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, GPHR has more than twenty years of experience in management positions in human resources in the healthcare industry. To add value as a business partner, Marlene achieved certification as a Healthcare Risk Manager and completed the state requirements for an Assisted Living Administrator.
She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Christopher Newport University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and earned a Master’s degree in Human Resources Development and Administration from Barry University. She has completed significant course work towards a Master of Arts in Management at American Public University.
Ms. Frasca is an Adjunct Instructor at several universities and is a member of the Executive Advisory Corp of Nonprofits First in Palm Beach County. Ms. Frasca teaches professional development courses for corporate clients and provides consulting services in human resources. She currently serves as Chairperson of the Professional Development Committee for the Human Resource Association of Palm Beach County.
