The Enneagram is an extraordinarily accurate tool for self-knowledge. It gives you a clear picture of how you presently function and reveals the heights that you are capable of achieving.

Nine personality types are described in the Enneagram. Each details the world view, coping mechanism, strengths, limitations, habits of attention and internal images that individuals use to define themselves. As you begin to understand how your personality informs every decision you make as if it were an automatic pilot, you recognize the extent to which you have been boxed in by your preconceived limitations.

By uncovering your unconscious motivations and the reasons you get stuck, the Enneagram provides insights into the decisions you make and the relationships you create. Rather than put you in a box the way many personality profiles do, the Enneagram shows you the box you are already in--- and the way out! What emerges is a more functional and authentic version of yourself.

Professional Value:  By using the Enneagram to examine leadership we shift the conversation from a general discussion of roles (coach, visionary, mentor) into a specific inquiry of how each manager performs as a leader. From this session participants will:

→             Gain an understanding of how their world view informs their  business view.

→             Move beyond the biases and boundaries of their world view to enhance their leadership.

→             Develop a collaborative approach to business and personal relationships by recognizing the value of a diversity of thinking styles.

→             Improve selection, retention and performance of top talent by learning how to build on the strengths of associates’ personalities.

Personal Value:         This program is for you if..........

·      You are tired of repeating the same behaviors and getting the same results.

·      You keep attracting people and situations that hurt or disappoint you.

·      You have difficulty understanding and communicating with your friends, family or colleagues.

·      You want to revoke the power of your less effective habits and build on your strengths.

·      Your current level of success is not enough—you want more!

·      You are ready to discover the next best version of who you truly are.

Program Components

* Personality assessment to determine each participant’s type before the training begins.

Unlike other assessment tools, the Enneagram offers an easy method of personality typing. Assessments are e-mailed to participants. In most cases they will be able to self type with only a minimum of e-mail or telephone assistance from the trainer. A second set of questions will then be sent  to confirm their personality type.

* Four hour training

Member Rate: $100
Non-member Rate: $125
