What is the purpose of the Nonprofits First GoBuild 20/20 Social Impact Fund?
The Nonprofits First GoBuild 20/20 Social Impact Fund was conceived as a way to build the capacity of nonprofit agencies under contract with the Children’s Services Council of Palm Beach County and Nonprofits First in an innovative way. This Initiative is in its first year of funding and as of January 2012, $100,000 has been made available up to 44 CSC-funded nonprofit agencies for application in the form of agency Impact Vouchers™. For FY 2012, we are pleased to announce that Nonprofits First has made these Impact Vouchers available to all nonprofits that are receiving 20 hours and 20 classes in the current GoBuild 20/20 program. Once reaching the cap of 20 hours of capacity support services, such agency may apply for additional 2012 Nonprofits First GoBuild 20/20 Social Impact Fund grant support in the form of Impact Vouchers for up to $10,000 per agency. These Impact Vouchers may be for the following items or may also serve as scholarships for any of Nonprofits First’s institutes or academies in 2012.
