GoBuild 20/20 Capacity Building Services in 2012

GoBuild Capacity Building Services are now available to agencies funded by the Children’s Services Council (CSC) in recognition of the critical services provided to children and families in Palm Beach County. Created to strengthen staff skill sets and improve organizational efficiency, GoBuild Capacity Building Services offer a brief organizational assessment resulting in developing a strategy to meet high priority needs for long-term organizational enhancement.
GoBuild services are offered at no cost to CSC funded agencies.

Who is eligible?
- Nonprofit organizations funded by Children's Services Council of Palm Beach County (CSC) (including those agencies that are subcontracted to deliver services for the Healthy Beginnings system)
- Afterschool providers that were previously funded by CSC during the FY 2007-2008 and that are currently active in the Afterschool Scholarship Program (eligibility may vary, please contact your project leader for details)
What are the available supports?
- Classroom-based training (20 courses)
- e-Learning training
- Organizational assessment and action plan
- Consulting services: (20 hours)
- Organizational Development
- Information Technology
- Financial Management
- Human Resource Management
- Additional consulting hours in each of the areas can be funded through the Continuous Improvement Initiative
