The Palm Beach County Leadership and Management (LM) is a nine- month program designed to build and enhance the expertise and leadership capacity of mid-level managers in nonprofit organizations and the public sector. By the end of the program, participants will have:

    • mastered core leadership competencies
    • understood the purpose and roles of leaders, and
    • demonstrated the skills to lead effectively-- with a focus on complex organizations

Individuals who commit the time to the LMI program become part of a group of highly trained emerging leaders with the competence, skills and motivation to become the next generation of senior managers in Palm Beach County.

Participation in the LMI program is limited and based on a competitive selection process. To be considered, you will need to complete the online application, obtain approval from your supervisor and participate in a personal interview.
