Infusing elements of psychological preferences, emotional intelligence, and archetype theory, this fast-paced, interactive workshop, will lead you through a series of experiences that will illustrate how to use The Four Lens Framework. This framework can be used as a tool for reflective practice that supports leadership development, robust teambuilding, motivation and conflict analysis. Create a culture that seeks to understand themselves and others by shifting the lens!

Nicole Edwards CPLP® | Edwards Authentic

Having worked in the non-profit sector for more than 20 years, Nicole has been a vivacious catalyst for growth for people and organizations and has worked with thousands of individuals. She is the Founder and CEO of Edwards Authentic, a company providing transformational speaking engagements, workshops and courses.

Nicole expresses her passion for personal reflection and growth as a seasoned speaker, presenting at many conferences all over the country and has written for national publications. As a self-proclaimed authenticity seeker, Nicole has passionately pursued what it means to have authentic connections with others both personally and professionally and explored this topic in her TEDx talk entitled In Your Eyes.

Nicole holds a Master of Education and Education Specialist degree from the University of Florida, and is a Certified Practitioner of the Myers-Briggs Type Instrument (MBTI®). She also holds the Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP®) designation.
