Over time we have spent incredible time and resources in preparing people to effectively manage organizations. Our traditional educational and training models have served us well in our quest to position people to be effective planners, organizers and evaluators of our organizational systems.  In today’s world, that is not enough.  Rather than managing organizations we need to be prepared to transform organizations.  To be successful in these transformations, we need Leaders who, through critical thinking, collaboration, innovation and communication, can inspire and align organizations toward a common vision.

Content will be delivered in the following way:

  • A 6 hour workshop with a 1.5 hour lunch break.  Learning will be through instruction, dialogue, engagement in experiential learning and reflection
  • Engaging a 30-day sojourn; exploring 30 fundamental concepts of Critical Thinking.  Each day will require:

o   Brief Reading

o   Plan for engaging the concept throughout the day

o   Journaling one’s experience with the concept

  • Six 1 hour webinars/collaborative reading

Weekly opportunity to connect with fellow “critical thinking sojourners”  to engage in collaborative learning and reflect  on substantive learnings
