She established the consulting firm in May 2019 to help nonprofit organizations create or refresh their grant system to align with organization’s mission, strategic priorities, program design and grants management. She has over 30 years of experience as a funder, grant writer and program manager in arts & culture, healthcare, and education. Jan has extensive experience and knowledge to coach individuals to think strategically, write compassionately and work intentionally to achieve success in grants. From 2008-2019, she was the Chief Grants Officer for the Cultural Council of Palm Beach County whose funding priorities are programming and marketing grants to cultural organizations and artists. Before joining the Council, Jan spent 9 years establishing and growing the grantmaking programs for Palm Healthcare Foundation.
